Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the Financial module (SIGAFIN) and its integrations with Accounting (SIGACTB) and Billing (SIGAFAT) within the TOTVS ERP.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Advanced Configuration: Setup of the Financial module (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Cash Flow, Reconciliation, and Bank Control).
- System Integration: Ensuring correct integration between bank remittance/return files and the ERP, as well as automatic reconciliations with the accounting department.
- Continuous Improvement: Mapping business rules, automating financial processes, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support and Training: Handling complex incidents, validating new versions, and training key users.
Profile and Technical Requirements
- Module Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SIGAFIN (Financial), with desirable knowledge in Accounting (SIGACTB) and Fiscal Books (SIGAFIS) modules.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Protheus architecture (SIGACFG, MPSDU), bank reconciliation routines, and fiscal/accounting integration.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical vision and excellent communication skills to align processes with management.
- Experience working as a Protheus Consultant.
