🧩 About the position

We are looking for a Mid-Level BDR with consolidated experience in active prospecting and opportunity generation in the technology sector, with prior experience in consultative sales of Microsoft solutions, Google Workspace, and corporate licensing.

This professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities, approaching strategic decision-makers, qualifying demands, and directing highly relevant leads to the sales team.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on profile, commercial autonomy, and experience in high-performance environments.

  • Conduct active outbound prospecting
  • Map decision-makers and opportunities
  • Qualify leads with a consultative approach
  • Schedule strategic meetings
  • Manage pipeline in CRM
  • Execute structured follow-ups
  • Support the creation of segmented lists
  • Identify demands and opportunities related to Microsoft solutions, Google Workspace, and corporate licensing
  • Work with outbound cadence strategies

🧠 Mandatory Requirements

  • Solid experience as SDR / BDR / Pre-sales (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience with structured outbound prospecting
  • Experience in B2B consultative sales in the technology sector
  • Commercial experience with Microsoft products, Google Workspace, and corporate licensing
  • Experience with solutions such as Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, Google Workspace, or similar
  • Experience in list building and account research
  • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
  • Sales Navigator
  • Automation platforms
  • Database enrichment tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High organization and commercial discipline
