Main Responsibilities
• Support (Help Desk): Resolve user tickets regarding access, grades, attendance, and
academic portals.
• Configuration: Set up academic calendars, course structures, curricular matrices, and
financial/tax rules.
• Troubleshooting: Identify system errors, unexpected behaviors (bugs), and
escalate them to the development team.
• Training: Guide institution staff on the correct use of software tools and
routines.
Mandatory Requirements
• Completed bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis or related fields;
• Knowledge/experience in process mapping and design, software requirements specification, and technical documentation;
• Knowledge/experience with management practices such as: PDCA, PMI, and Process Control;
• Knowledge/experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban;
• Advanced Excel and SQL is desirable.
• Desirable knowledge of business rules: Understanding of academic secretary routines, such as MEC regulations, enrollments, and transcript issuance.
