Mid/Senior Protheus Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a Mid or Senior Protheus Consultant Analyst with strong expertise in the Management Accounting module (SIGACTB). The professional will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting reconciliations, system parameterization, handling advanced support tickets, implementing improvements, and validating ancillary obligations. It is essential to have a systemic view of how the other modules (Billing, Purchasing, Finance, Inventory) impact accounting.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Location: RJ - Glória area

Technical Requirements

Solid Protheus Experience: Mandatory expertise in the SIGACTB module (Management Accounting).

Integration Knowledge: Expertise in accounting integration rules for the SIGAFIN (Finance), SIGAFAT (Billing), SIGACOM (Purchasing), and SIGAEST (Inventory) modules.

Configurator (SIGACFG): Practical knowledge for creating fields, triggers, parameters, and generic tables.

Accounting Business Rules: Clear understanding of accounting concepts (debit/credit, double-entry bookkeeping, company consolidation)

Responsibilities and Duties

Parameterization and Configuration: Configure and maintain the chart of accounts, cost centers, standard histories, currencies, and accounting calendars in SIGACTB.

Standard Postings: Create, review, and optimize Standard Posting (LP) rules to ensure that automatic integration of satellite modules with accounting occurs without errors.

Accounting Closing: Support and automate month/year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and profit/loss calculations in Protheus.

Tax/Accounting Obligations: Validate and generate government files, ensuring compliance with ECD (Digital Accounting Bookkeeping) and ECF (Fiscal Accounting Bookkeeping).

Business Analysis: Translate the needs of the accounting/controller team into technical requirements for development (ADVPL/TLPP), when necessary.

Advanced Support: Act in resolving complex integration issues, balance discrepancies, and routine lockups.

Desirable

• Basic knowledge of ADVPL or TLPP for reading code and making small customizations.
• Experience with the SIGATAF module (TOTVS Tax Automation).
