We are seeking a Senior Telecom Analyst to ensure the availability, stability, security, and performance of network environments, telecommunications, IP telephony, connectivity, firewalls, and other infrastructure components.
The professional will be responsible for logging, handling, analyzing, resolving, and escalating incidents and requests. They will also support deployment, migration, and environment evolution projects, performing preventive and corrective maintenance and managing telecommunications platforms, with a focus on service continuity, efficiency, and availability.

Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in support and administration of Ethernet, LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks, as well as deployment, migration, and integration projects for network infrastructure
- Minimum of 3 years with IP telephony, VoIP, and firewall administration
Academic Background (Mandatory)
- Completed higher education in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Graduate degree in Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields
- CCNA Certification
Technical Experience
- Administration of LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks, including SD-WAN, BGP routing, 802.1X authentication, and corporate network topologies
- Administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of firewalls
- Administration of IP telephony, VoIP, and Asterisk environments
- Configuration and management of Cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
- Administration of Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure and monitoring with Zabbix
- Participation in deployment, migration, and infrastructure integration projects
- Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in network and telecommunications environments
- Handling, analysis, resolution, and escalation of incidents and requests, ensuring SLA compliance
- Creation and updating of technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base
Desirable Requirements
- CSSA and/or dCAP certifications
- Experience with Ruckus and UniFi Wi-Fi solutions
- Experience in distributed and high-availability corporate environments
- Experience with automation of operational routines
- Experience in technical documentation and change management
