Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to act as a bridge between business areas and the Development and Quality teams. The professional will be responsible for gathering and detailing requirements, supporting system maintenance, and ensuring alignment between business demands and technical solutions.

Work Schedule: Business Hours

Location: Hybrid - 2x per week at Faria Lima - São Paulo/SP

Hiring Type: CLT (Permanent Contract) + Benefits

Requirements

• Experience with products and processes in the financial or banking market.
• Experience in system maintenance and incident management in production environments.
• Familiarity with documentation and agile management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of XML and SQL.
• Ability to identify impacts, investigate problems, and propose solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate interaction between business areas and technical teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point between business areas and the Development and Quality teams, ensuring alignment between needs and solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and detail functional and technical requirements, evaluating objectives, impacts, and delivery quality.
• Create and maintain up-to-date functional and technical specifications according to company standards and methodologies.
• Support Development and Quality in the implementation and validation of solutions, clarifying doubts, monitoring tests, and ensuring adherence to requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as planning, refinement, and retrospectives, contributing to backlog prioritization and evolution.
• Work on system maintenance, analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, assessing impacts, directing solutions, and monitoring service normalization.
