Senior Requirements and Systems Analyst

Working hours: Business hours

Location: Hybrid - 2x per week at Faria Lima - São Paulo/SP

Requirements:

• Experience with financial market products or processes
• Experience in system support environments and incident management in production environments.
• Experience with documentation and agile management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of XML and SQL.
• Ability to identify impacts, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate interaction between business areas and technical teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point between business areas and development and quality teams, ensuring alignment between needs and solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and detail functional and technical requirements, evaluating objectives, impacts, and delivery quality
• Prepare and keep functional and technical specifications up to date in accordance with company standards and methodologies.
• Support Development and Quality in implementing and validating solutions, clarifying doubts, monitoring tests, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as planning, refinement, and retrospective, contributing to backlog prioritization and evolution.
• Support system maintenance, analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, assessing impacts, directing solutions, and monitoring service normalization.
