🚀 Opportunity: Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to work on defining and documenting requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs. The professional will be responsible for gathering and validating requirements with the Product Owner, supporting architecture and security analysis, and monitoring the validation of deliverables with stakeholders.

📌 Job Details

Model: Hybrid (2 days in-person per week) | São Paulo, Capital

Employment Type: CLT Full + Benefits

Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Business hours

🎯 Daily Activities/Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point between business and development, ensuring alignment of needs.
• Document technical and functional specifications, ensuring efficiency and quality of deliverables.
• Monitor the development and quality teams, supporting testing and keeping documentation up to date.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospective).

📢 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Experience in the financial market.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog planning.
• Experience writing user stories.
• Knowledge in XML and SQL.
• Analytical ability to identify impacts on systems and propose solutions.
• Good communication skills to act as a facilitator between areas.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with financial sector standards and regulations (BACEN, CVM, etc.) is a plus.
