Act in the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and system requirements, contributing to data integration, interoperability, and digital transformation projects. Facilitate communication between business areas and technical teams, translating business rules, stakeholder needs, and regulatory requirements into clear, structured, and traceable specifications.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM or from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, sessions, and workshops for requirements gathering and discovery.
- Interact with business specialists, technical teams, legal, and regulatory areas.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Translate complex business rules and stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and traceable functional requirements.
- Perform AS IS and TO BE process mapping.
- Investigate legacy systems, understanding their flows, integrations, and data structures.
- Identify technical, semantic, and governance gaps in the analyzed processes, systems, and data.
- Develop conceptual data models.
- Create and maintain business glossaries and data dictionaries.
- Define and document metadata and interoperability rules.
- Support the definition, documentation, and validation of business rules.
- Map the data lifecycle, considering quality, lineage, and governance aspects.
- Model processes using BPMN or equivalent notation.
- Support discussions related to data governance and quality.
- Analyze impacts and dependencies between processes, systems, and different data sources.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and proposed technical solutions.
- Produce functional and technical documentation related to gathered requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business areas and technical teams.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Conduct requirements gathering and discovery activities.

- Model processes using BPMN or equivalent notation.
- Investigate legacy systems and understand their flows, functionalities, and integrations.
- Identify technical, functional, and semantic gaps existing in the analyzed systems.
- Map impacts and dependencies between processes, systems, and data sources.
- Support the identification of opportunities for improvement and evolution of processes.
- Document flows, rules, and dependencies related to systems and processes.
- Ensure consistency between mapped processes and gathered requirements.
Data, Governance, and Interoperability
- Develop conceptual data models.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries.
- Develop and maintain business glossaries.
- Define and document metadata and concepts related to data.
- Support the definition of interoperability rules between systems and different data sources.
- Map the data lifecycle, considering creation, use, transformation, storage, and disposal.
- Support analyses related to data quality, lineage, and governance.

Requirements
- Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
- Experience in data integration, Analytics, interoperability, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience in translating complex business rules into functional requirements and information models.
- Knowledge in data modeling and governance.
- Experience with creation and maintenance of data dictionaries.
- Experience conducting interviews, sessions, and workshops for discovery.
- Experience working with different stakeholders, including business areas and technical teams.
- Experience with AS IS / TO BE process mapping.
- Experience with investigation and analysis of legacy systems.
- Knowledge in conceptual data modeling.
- Knowledge in elaborating business glossaries, metadata, and interoperability rules.
