Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site

Location: São Paulo - SP

Employment type: CLT

Working hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Business hours

📢 Responsibilities:

• Act as the focal point between business areas and Development and Quality teams, ensuring alignment between identified needs and proposed solutions.
• Lead the gathering, analysis, and detailing of functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity of objectives, impact assessment, and delivery quality.
• Prepare and keep functional and technical specifications up to date, in accordance with company standards and methodology.
• Support Development and Quality teams during implementation and validation of solutions, clarifying doubts, monitoring test planning, and verifying product compliance with defined requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as planning, refinement, and retrospective, contributing to backlog prioritization and evolution.
• Work on systems support, performing incident analysis, root cause identification, impact assessment, solution guidance, and follow-up until service normalization.

🎯Requirements:

• Experience in financial market products or processes, preferably in the Duplicatas product.
• Experience in systems support and incident management in a production environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with documentation and agile management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of XML and SQL.
• Analytical ability to identify impacts, investigate problems, and propose efficient solutions.
• Good communication and ability to facilitate interaction between business areas and technical teams.
