Senior Process Analyst

🎯 About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst to work in an organization in the education sector, contributing to digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement of business processes.

The professional will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and transforming business area needs into efficient solutions, driving gains in productivity, quality, and standardization.

💼 Main responsibilities

Map current processes (AS-IS), identify bottlenecks, and design future processes (TO-BE).

Prepare PDDs (Process Definition Documents) for automation projects.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering with business areas.

Identify and evaluate automation opportunities, considering feasibility, complexity, and ROI.

Work together with the development team on implementing automations.

Support the validation of solutions in UAT.

Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements.

Create flowcharts, procedures, and process documentation.

Support change management and disseminate best practices in process management.

✅ Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Experience with process mapping, analysis, and design.

Experience with RPA, hyperautomation, or digital transformation projects.

Experience preparing PDDs (Process Definition Documents).

Knowledge of automation platforms, such as Automation Edge.

Experience with requirements gathering and conducting workshops with business areas.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Availability to work on-site in Ribeirão Preto/SP.

⭐ Differentiators

Knowledge of BPMN and tools such as Bizagi, Visio, ARIS, or Lucidchart.

Certifications in process management (CBPP) or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).

Experience with Process Mining tools.
