We are looking for a Mid-Level Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst to work in the Command Center, performing technical monitoring of IT services and infrastructure, ensuring system availability and supporting the rapid resolution of incidents.
🔎 Main responsibilities
Monitor WAN networks and IT infrastructure using monitoring tools.
Identify alerts and incidents, performing the necessary technical escalations.
Act at the first level of solution, following operational procedures.
Analyze alarms and register events from CORE and corporate infrastructure.
Propose improvements to dashboards and monitoring tools.
Conduct operational checklists to ensure the proper functioning of IT services.
Act as a technical interface between business areas, systems, and projects.
Analyze and handle tickets from internal and external clients.

ITIL (basic)
IT Observability Processes
Monitoring tools: Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog, Instana
Operating systems: Linux and Windows Server
Networking
Intermediate Microcomputing
