Show originalWe are looking for a Lead Solutions Architect with proven experience in the development and operation of acquiring solutions. The ideal candidate has technical expertise in electronic payment methods, mastery of communication protocols and security standards, as well as the ability to coordinate technical teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Experience
Minimum Professional Experience- 8+ years in the development and/or maintenance of systems or solution architecture for payment methods.
- 5+ years in technical coordination or leadership of development teams.
- Proven experience in acquiring projects, credit card processing, or electronic payment solutions.
The candidate must have practical experience in:
- Acquiring and Sub-acquiring Platforms: Payment Facilitator, VAR (Value Added Reseller), automatic registration processing, Sub-acquiring Platform.
- Reconciliation Systems: Credit card reconciliation, transaction analysis, financial flow auditing.
- System Integration: Payment APIs, webhooks, middleware, integrations with legacy systems (e.g., Payware).
- Infrastructure: Cloud, Linux and Windows servers, relational databases.
- E-commerce and POS: Online sales platforms, point-of-sale systems, payment method integration, TEF.
Technologies and Platforms
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, C# or similar (focus on backend).
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle (maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting).
- APIs and Integrations: REST, SOAP, webhooks, middleware.
- Infrastructure: Cloud, Windows and Linux (administration and configuration).
- Tools: Git (versioning) and Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Main Responsibilities
- Technical Coordination: Lead development teams, ensure technical quality, perform code reviews, and define solution architecture.
- Operations and Maintenance: Manage cloud infrastructure, monitor performance/availability, and perform complex troubleshooting.
- Integration and Homologation: Coordinate integrations with acquirers, card networks, and banks; ensure compliance with ISO 8583, EMV, and PCI-DSS.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support pre-sales with technical analyses.
