Senior Product Manager - On-site - Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, SP

About the position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a builder mindset to lead the product team responsible for building the MVP of a new Caveo product. This professional will be a key player in creating and scaling solutions for financial automation, banking integration, and digital experience aimed at our customers.

This is a role for someone who loves to build from scratch, make decisions autonomously, and take full ownership of the product, driving the entire cycle — from discovery to delivery and continuous evolution — with a focus on real impact for the business and for the customer.

The challenge:

• Define the right MVP, launch quickly, and measure impact
• Lead deep discovery, going out into the field to understand the real pain points of doctors and the business.
• Translate strategy into clear problems, hypotheses, prioritization, and an executable roadmap.
• Work in direct partnership with engineering and design, making tough decisions when necessary and balancing vision, technical feasibility, and speed.

What we are looking for:

• Solid experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of building products from scratch or driving major evolutions.
• Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth companies (Series A / scale-up).
• Strong analytical skills combined with a sensitivity to user experience.
• Experience in fintech or financial products is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
