Full Stack Node/React Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to work on the development of a SaaS software in the education sector, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and integrations with educational platforms such as Google Classroom.

You will be part of a team that builds scalable, data-driven, and user experience-oriented products, using modern development tools, including Cursor (AI-powered IDE) to accelerate code productivity and quality.

The environment is focused on SaaS products, external API integrations, and software engineering best practices.

🎯 Responsibilities

Develop new features in the backend (Node.js) and frontend (React.js)

Create, maintain, and evolve RESTful APIs

Work on the maintenance and improvement of systems already in production

Implement solutions following code standards and best practices

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and propose solutions

Ensure quality, performance, and security of the applications

Support more junior developers when necessary

🛠️ Technical Requirements

Proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript

Backend:

Node.js

Experience with NestJS

API development and integrations

Frontend:

React.js

Hooks, componentization, and state management

API consumption and UX best practices

Databases:

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server

Basic knowledge of MongoDB or NoSQL (a plus)

Day-to-day use of Git

Familiarity with Docker and deployment pipelines

Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, roles, permissions)

Experience or interest in:

Use of AI in software development

Consumption of AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar)

Use of Cursor or other AI-powered IDEs as support for development
