AI Software Engineer

BlueMetrics is looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate Full Stack Developer who loves innovation, to work on a strategic project for an American company. The challenge is to develop an application based on Agentic AI, composed of several intelligent agents that use Generative AI to analyze structured data and generate insights. These agents work collaboratively to provide accurate and relevant information, supporting real-time business decisions. You will be part of an agile squad, participating in all Scrum ceremonies (dailies, planning, reviews, and retros), collaborating with other developers in a dynamic environment with constant technological evolution.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop a complete application focused on Agentic AI, from architecture to delivery.
• Create and maintain secure and scalable APIs, following best development practices.
• Design dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Implement intelligent agents capable of analyzing structured data and generating automated financial reports.
• Work in a team within an agile squad, participating in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate in defining technical solutions and resolving complex problems.
• Stay updated on technological trends, especially in AI and cloud computing.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Solid experience in Full Stack development.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience in Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Proven experience in creating secure and scalable APIs.
• Experience with Generative AI projects, including the use of LLMs and vector databases.
• Experience with SQL for manipulating and analyzing structured data.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proactive, collaborative profile with a hunger for learning.

Differentials

• Knowledge and practical experience in AWS.
• Ability to create solutions with 100% AWS architecture.
• Familiarity with services such as AWS Bedrock.
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
• AWS certifications are a plus.
