ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Executive at Bluemetrics will be responsible for developing and expanding the portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients in the RS, SC, and PR regions, bringing the company's data, BI, and AI solutions to the market. A hunter profile with farmer capabilities, this role opens doors, builds long-term relationships, and closes complex technology deals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in RS, SC, and PR, focusing on enterprise accounts and mid-sized companies
  • Manage and expand the active portfolio: renewals, upsell, and cross-sell (BlueDocs, AI projects, analytics)
  • Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles: discovery, proposal, executive presentation, and closing
  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers and IT, Data, Operations, and Finance management
  • Translate technical solutions into value narratives for different stakeholder profiles
  • Collaborate with the technical and CS teams to ensure deliveries align with customer expectations
  • Report pipeline and forecast with discipline via CRM

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B technology, SaaS, data, or IT services sales, minimum 3 years
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to conduct technical and business conversations autonomously
  • Portfolio of corporate relationships in RS, SC, and PR
  • Self-managed profile, resilient in long sales cycles
  • Skill in developing market entry strategies for new markets and accounts
  • Familiarity with data, BI, analytics, or AI (contextual, not necessarily technical)
  • Contractor (PJ) regime, structure for hybrid work with presence in RS, SC, and PR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in data/analytics companies
  • Relationships in target sectors: utilities, telecom, industry, retail, financial services
  • Experience in consultative project sales or managed services
  • Intermediate/Advanced English (Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, international partners)
