Opportunity: SAFE FME Specialist

We are looking for a professional to work on the conception, design, implementation, evolution, and deployment of FME Form workbenches, with the objective of migrating and integrating data and systems, both spatial and non-spatial, for clients in the utilities segment.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and automating workflows (workbenches) using FME Form and FME Flow;
• Performing data conversion and migration between various formats (GIS and non-GIS), ensuring integrity in integrations with various spatial and non-spatial feature systems;
• Executing and optimizing SQL queries in Oracle, Oracle Spatial, and other relational database environments, applying advanced spatial functions when necessary;
• Using Python for advanced dataset manipulation and file processing in various formats;
• Maintaining version control of workflows and scripts using GitHub;
• Resolving complex ETL problems.

What we are looking for (Requirements):

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing workbenches with FME;
• Mastery of geographic and tabular data formats, with analytical skills to solve integration problems innovatively;
• Clear and objective communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset;
• Proficiency in data analysis, requirement identification, and documentation;
• Advanced knowledge in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL) and handling large data volumes;
• Experience in creating and maintaining Python scripts for automating data processing tasks;
• Quality-oriented mindset and technical rigor in documentation.

• Practical experience in the Esri ecosystem (ArcGIS Enterprise);
