Opportunity: ArcGIS Platform Specialist

We are looking for a professional passionate about geospatial technology to join our specialized team in ArcGIS solutions. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ArcGIS Enterprise environments, supporting client projects in the utilities sector, and contributing to the technical evolution of the company's geoprocessing deliverables.

You will be responsible for:

• Sizing, deploying, configuring, and administering ArcGIS Enterprise environments (Portal, Server, DataStore, Web Adaptor, etc.);
• Working on the modeling and configuration of geodatabases and topological datasets;
• Supporting client projects focused on utilities (electricity, water, gas);
• Configuring and publishing geospatial services (Feature Services, Map Services, WFS/WMS, etc.);
• Building geospatial applications and operational dashboards on the Esri platform using native platform builders;
• Creating technical documentation, manuals, and training materials;
• Collaborating with integration and automation teams (ETL, REST APIs, FME)

What we are looking for (Requirements):

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields;
• Experience with ArcGIS Platform;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise;
• Mastery of geodatabase modeling (feature datasets, topology, subtypes, domains, etc.);
• Proficiency in the ArcGIS REST API and integration mechanisms with external systems;
• Demonstrated experience with ArcGIS Pro and advanced geoprocessing tools;
• ArcGIS infrastructure sizing;
• Development of reference architectures and solution design documents;
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations between ArcGIS Enterprise environments and corporate systems (ERP, EAM, ADMS, etc.);
• Ability to map end-to-end process and data flows between business layers and the GIS platform;
• Familiarity with corporate infrastructure: Active Directory / LDAP, PKI/SSL certificates, reverse proxies, firewalls, and network segmentation;
• Basic knowledge of information security applied to GIS environments (federated authentication, access control, auditing);
• Practical experience in environments with structured IT governance (ITIL, change management, dev/homolog/prod environments, etc.)

Differentials we value:

• Knowledge in ArcGIS Utility Network environments;
• Knowledge in FME for geospatial ETL;
• Experience with Python (ArcPy) or JavaScript (ArcGIS Maps SDK) for automation;
• Technical certifications in SAFE (FME) and Esri (ArcGIS) environments;
• Fluency in English;
• Basic knowledge of developing custom solutions on the Esri platform;
• Knowledge in hardware/OS, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and geospatial storage;
• Previous experience in projects within the utilities and/or telecommunications segments.
