About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer to join our Design team. You will be responsible for designing digital experiences that solve real user problems and drive business results, combining research, product strategy, and interface design, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency with the design system.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop flows, wireframes, and interfaces with full autonomy over execution.
• Interpret and translate product problems into research, architecture, and interface solutions.
• Conduct research and usability tests independently.
• Participate in the maintenance and evolution of the Design System.
• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to validate flows and interactions.
• Document components and flows for seamless communication with the development team.
• Choose between different methodological approaches based on context and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in UX Design or digital product design.
• Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping).
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Design System (maintenance and evolution).
• Information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, colors, and responsive design.
• Digital accessibility (WCAG).
• Portfolio with real projects showcasing the creation process and problem-solving.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to PMs and developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML and CSS).
• Experience with Sprints and agile rituals (Scrum or Kanban).
• Use of Artificial Intelligence in the design workflow.
• Behavioral analysis tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Smartlook, Microsoft Clarity).
• Spanish language skills.

Work model

Hybrid — 2 days per week onsite at our Pinheiros office in São Paulo.

Language

Intermediate or advanced English is required. Spanish is a plus.
