Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Role Mission

Develop and evolve the company's web applications (front-end and back-end), with autonomy in executing your own deliverables, following the technical standards defined by the Tech Lead and senior developers on the team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop front-end and back-end features according to team standards;

Write tests according to the definition of done;

Participate in code reviews as both author and reviewer;

Participate in team rituals (daily stand-ups, planning, review);

Contribute to the technical refinement of tasks, highlighting doubts and risks;

Report impediments to the Tech Lead and senior developers.

Technical Requirements

React and TypeScript;

REST APIs;

MySQL;

Basic knowledge of Java and Spring;

Version control with Git and code review practices;

Bachelor's degree completed (or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields.

Differentials

Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure);

DevOps and CI/CD;

Automated testing;

Intermediate English proficiency.

Work Model and Hiring

Contractor (PJ) hiring, with monthly compensation to be agreed upon. The work model is hybrid, with two days per week onsite at our office in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
