Job Mission

Continuously ensure the quality of software deliveries for Biologix products, performing manual and automated testing to guarantee that new features align with business rules and that nothing in production is affected.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test scenarios and use cases based on project requirements and specifications;
• Participate in refinements, design reviews, effort estimates, and SCRUM ceremonies;
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests on Web and Mobile applications;
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests;
• Identify, analyze, document, and track bugs, assessing risks and impacts;
• Prepare test status reports, communicating quality metrics to stakeholders;
• Propose QA tools and best practices to prevent bugs in production.

Technical Requirements

• Functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing on Web and Mobile;
• Creation of test scenarios and use cases from requirements and business rules;
• Documentation and tracking of bugs, including risk and impact assessment;
• Experience working in agile teams (SCRUM: refinement, estimation, ceremonies);
• Bachelor's degree completed.

Differentials

• Test automation tools (Cypress, Selenium);
• UX/UI knowledge;
• Intermediate English.

Work Model and Hiring

CLT hiring (Brazilian labor contract), with monthly compensation to be discussed. The work model is hybrid, with two days per week onsite at our Pinheiros office in São Paulo.
