About the Role

You will be our first designer and will work on an internal software built by our engineering team “from scratch.” Your mission: improve the experience of our internal stakeholders who use the system on a daily basis.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and working closely with engineers in a lean environment.

What You Will Do

• Analyze the current system and identify the biggest usability issues, aiming for quick wins
• Create wireframes and prototypes for improvements and new features
• Work directly with engineers to implement solutions
• Establish basic design processes suitable for our pace
• Conduct research with internal users to understand their needs
• Document decisions and create basic guidelines as we evolve

Experience

• 4+ years as a UX/UI Designer

Technical Skills

• Figma (wireframes, prototypes, collaboration)
• Agile methodologies
• Basic research (interviews, surveys)

Soft Skills

• Autonomy - ability to suggest paths that add value
• Pragmatism - focus on viable solutions
• Communication - interaction with leaders and team members to implement the overall vision
