We are at a strategic expansion moment and are looking for our first Software Quality Analyst to structure and implement a testing routine for our tools.

The Opportunity

This is a position for someone who wants to make a difference from the start! You will be responsible for implementing the most essential and high-impact QA processes, starting with functional testing to assist in controlling the quality of our software.

Main Responsibilities

Implementation of Basic QA Processes

• Functional testing: Execute manual validations of the main software features
• Test case documentation: Create standardized scripts and test scenarios
• Bug management: Implement a process for identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs
• Regression testing: Ensure that fixes do not break existing functionalities

Test Execution

• Perform manual functional and usability testing
• Develop test scenarios and cases based on requirements
• Execute validations across different browsers and devices
• Identify, document, and track bugs and improvements

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the development team
• Collaborate on defining acceptance criteria for new features
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes

Preparation for Growth

• Prepare documentation and processes for future team expansion
• Identify automation opportunities for future implementation
• Propose improvements to workflows

Desired Profile

Essential (Required Skills)

• Experience with functional testing - practical knowledge in validating functionalities
• Knowledge of Kanban - experience with agile methodology and visual flow management
• Analytical ability and attention to detail
• Clear communication and proactivity
• Desire to learn and grow professionally

Differentiator (Desirable Skills)

• TypeScript - knowledge of the language for better understanding of projects
• Node.js - experience with the JavaScript runtime environment
• React - knowledge of the framework to understand front-end applications
• Previous experience with test automation
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Insomnia)

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the technology sector
• Previous experience in software testing
• Experience with agile methodologies
