Project Manager

We are looking for a talented professional to join the AV Delivery Management team.

Role Overview

As a Project / Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment between budget, schedule, resources, scope, and client expectations.

You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding multidisciplinary teams and promoting excellence in delivery.

This role requires strong leadership skills for QA teams and proven experience in managing test workflows in complex delivery environments.

Experience with mainframe systems or modernization projects involving mainframe integration is highly desirable, as you will collaborate with technical and QA teams to ensure integrated, high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QA teams, ensuring that planning, execution, and quality standards are aligned with project objectives.
• Oversee project delivery, monitoring key indicators related to budget, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Promote a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement among teams.
• Develop and implement project management best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and team performance.
• Regularly interact with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives and maintain client confidence.
• Conduct periodic project reviews to assess progress and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance on QA strategies and test governance, ensuring the application of best practices in delivery and execution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Expert proficiency in Delivery Excellence and Program / Project Management.
• Solid experience in managing QA teams and test deliveries across multiple workflows.
• Experience with mainframe environments or modernization projects involving legacy systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Management, Avanade Delivery Suite, and Development Lifecycle Tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
