CRM / Dynamics 365 Architect

Overview:

We are looking for a highly qualified and strategic Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of transformative business solutions. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert, responsible for guiding teams and collaborating across the organization to build next-generation experiences, utilizing a combination of low-code/no-code architecture, AI agents, and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Drive the technical vision for complex enterprise solutions, ensuring that all functional, security, integration, and performance requirements are met. Provide expert input on key decisions related to hardware, network, system software, and security.
• Team Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team, providing guidance and mentorship, while taking ownership of architectural decisions.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to contribute to key decisions and deliver robust solutions that can be applied across multiple domains.
• Modern Solution Design: Lead the convergence of modern technologies to create transformative experiences. This includes orchestrating solutions using low-code/no-code principles, AI agents, Power Platform, and native cloud governance.
• Strategic Alignment: Leverage expertise in Architectural Design, Contract Negotiation, and Agreement Structuring to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Dynamics 365.
• Specialization in Architectural Design, Contract Negotiation, and Agreement Structuring.
• Proven ability to integrate diverse application requirements and technical standards.
• Experience with low-code/no-code architecture, AI agents, and Power Platform orchestration.
• Advanced proficiency in Process Architecture.
