Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

You will be directly involved in the company's business through the development and maintenance of our systems. Most of our applications are built in Java, so interest in working with this technology is required! We are looking for professionals with software engineering skills and an openness to new learning opportunities!

Responsibilities and duties

• Transform business logic into high-quality code, respecting established standards and practices;
• Participate in the definition and implementation of new features and bug fixes;
• Understand and discuss proposed problems and solutions, always seeking the best technical solution for the challenges encountered;
• Review code delivered by team members;
• Break down large deliveries into small, cohesive deliverables;
• Monitor the implemented solution in production, evaluating errors, performance, and availability;
• Collaborate on improvements or new standards in the Engineering knowledge base.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience with WEB development;
• Experience with object-oriented programming and integration between services via Rest APIs;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript;
• Experience with a relational database;
• Knowledge of the deployment pipeline and code versioning with Git;
• Understanding of best practices, standards, and principles of Software Engineering;
• Technical English.

Differentials

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Advanced knowledge in Grails and its different versions.

Additional information

• 8-hour workday (Monday to Friday - we do not compensate Saturdays);
• CLT employment contract.
