Full-Stack Developer PL (Java/React)

Activities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with *Java/Spring Boot*, following good design and architecture practices;
• Build modern and responsive interfaces with *React*, integrating them with backend services;
• Model and optimize queries in relational databases (*PostgreSQL*), including migration management with Flyway or Liquibase;
• Write unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, React Testing Library), ensuring code quality and coverage;
• Participate in frontend and backend architecture decisions, contributing with consistent technical solutions across layers;
• Perform and receive *code reviews*, maintaining quality standards and disseminating best practices within the team.
• Monitor *CI/CD* pipelines and work with Docker and Kubernetes containers;
• Integrate external systems via REST, messaging, or other protocols as needed by the product;
• Act autonomously throughout the full development cycle — from estimation to delivery — without constantly relying on senior guidance;
• Actively collaborate in agile ceremonies, proposing technical improvements and contributing to the continuous evolution of the product.

Requirements

• Advanced Java: mastery of the language, best practices, clean code, and object-oriented programming; in-depth Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Web, Spring Validation, and familiarity with the Spring ecosystem as a whole (profiles, events, scheduling, etc.);
• SQL and relational databases: modeling, complex queries, query optimization, transactions, and use of ORMs (Hibernate/JPA);
• Software architecture: knowledge of patterns such as MVC, Repository Pattern, Service Layer;
• Design Patterns: knowledge and practical application of the main GoF patterns (Strategy, Factory, Observer, Builder, etc.);
• Messaging: experience with RabbitMQ and/or Apache Kafka — publishing, consuming, queues, topics, and error handling in asynchronous flows;
• Artificial Intelligence APIs: experience consuming APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar; knowledge of concepts like prompt engineering and integration of language models into applications;
• React: creation and composition of functional components, state management with hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext), and project organization;
• REST API consumption: integration with backends via fetch/axios, handling loading states and errors;
• HTML5 and CSS3: semantic structuring and responsive styling, with or without frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components;
• UX/usability basics: ability to question and contribute to interface decisions with the user experience in mind;
• Componentization and reuse: building reusable, organized, and well-documented components;
• Form management: use of libraries such as React Hook Form and input data validation.

Differentials

• Experience with Docker and application containerization;
• Knowledge in cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools;
• Experience with automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Testing Library);
• Knowledge in Spring AI.
