Job Responsibilities

• Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning and applied statistics models.
• Conduct exploratory analyses, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Carry out data preparation, transformation, and cleaning processes.
• Build data science pipelines, from experimentation to production.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Implement and document models clearly, scalably, and reproducibly.
• Monitor model performance in production and propose continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive models, and performance evaluation.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
• Proficiency in SQL and manipulation of relational databases.
• Experience with feature engineering, data wrangling, and dataset preparation.
• Knowledge of APIs, containers, or model integration into applications.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge in MLOps, MLFlow, Kubeflow, or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge in distributed processing (Spark, Dask).
• Experience with time series modeling.
• Knowledge in NLP or computer vision.
• Knowledge of AI agents.
