Mid-Level Fullstack Developer (Node - Hybrid, 2 days per month on-site)

77sol is a B2B2C solar energy platform. We connect integrators, distributors, and end consumers in an ecosystem that spans from simulation and financing to post-installation monitoring. We are in a growth phase where every new feature is born in TypeScript and Node.js.

A united and autonomous team. You will participate in product decisions, question scope, and have the freedom to propose the technical approach. We don't measure success by features delivered — we measure it by problems solved.

You will deal with legacy code and new code on the same day. We don't have the illusion that we'll rewrite everything at once — we prioritize business impact, and we accept that "the simplest thing that works" is almost always the right answer.

AI is part of our daily routine. We use it to accelerate development, make decisions, and as a tool integrated into the workflow. We expect you to know (or want to learn quickly) how to use AI to write code that is better, faster, and more secure.

Responsibilities

Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript and Vite. There is a pure JavaScript application in the legacy code, and we are evolving the tooling.
• Backend: Node.js (Fastify and NestJS), Prisma, MySQL and PostgreSQL. There is PHP (Laravel/Lumen) in the legacy code that you will touch when necessary.

• You solve business problems, not tickets. You understand why you are building something before how.
• You are resourceful. You find a way even when the scenario is ambiguous, you want to deliver value quickly, and you don't wait for anyone to clear the path.
• You prefer simplicity. You don't want to build the perfect architecture — you want to build what works, supports growth, and doesn't slow down our pace.
• You share. Knowledge kept is knowledge wasted. We work together (ensemble, pair programming, real-time reviews).
• You use AI as a tool. You aren't afraid of it, and you don't buy into the hype. You know that AI amplifies our capabilities and use it to benefit the team.

The position is fullstack, so you need to be comfortable opening the frontend, understanding what's going on, and solving whatever is needed — without waiting for someone else to do it for you.

When you need a new endpoint or to adjust a business rule in the API, you go there and do it — you don't get blocked waiting for someone from the backend team.
