Squad Leader/Product Owner

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Squad Leader/Product Owner. Responsibilities and duties

As a Squad Leader/Product Owner, you will:

• Work with a cross-functional team to ideate, develop, launch, and measure product results.
• Perform backlog management, aligned with business interests and user needs.
• Analyze metrics and test results for continuous product improvement.
• Align the evolution of product and feature development and releases.
• Monitor the market and competition.

Requirements and qualifications

Minimum requirements to work as a Squad Leader/Product Owner at ZG Soluções:

• Experience in requirements gathering and backlog structuring;
• Experience working with agile methodologies;
• Experience working with development teams;
• Knowledge of UX concepts, design, and usability testing;
