Key Deliverables

• Define the product vision and strategy, aligning them with company objectives.

• Create and prioritize the product backlog, considering user needs and business goals.

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories for the technical team.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop innovative and functional technological solutions.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Monitor product performance metrics, using data to guide strategic decisions.

• Lead discovery and idea validation processes, ensuring products meet end-user expectations.

• Serve as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about product progress and results.

• Ensure project delivery within deadline and budget.

• Align stakeholders around the product vision.

• Ensure products are aligned with X-Via's strategy.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles, minimum of 3 years.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like Jira, Monday, or similar.

• Knowledge of UX/UI practices and software development.

• Experience with process mapping and automation, AS IS/TO BE.

• Communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Degree in fields related to Information Technology, Design, or equivalent.

• Reside in Palmas, TO or nearby cities, within a radius of up to 30 km.
