What We Look For in You:

• Passion and curiosity for Software Development and Artificial Intelligence, preferably with some prior knowledge in the area.
• Knowledge of Python, the key language for our back-end.
• Preferably familiarity with front-end frameworks, such as Angular, for a 360º view of development.
• Proactive attitude, thirst for rapid learning, and a collaborative spirit for teamwork.

Your Learning Journey:

To ensure you have a solid foundation, our program begins with an Introductory Module that covers:

• Git/Github: For version control and efficient collaboration.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: The pillars of web development.
• Angular: One of the main frameworks for building dynamic interfaces.

Your Path to Success:

Over 60 days of immersion, you will have access to high-quality online courses focused on AI, software development, and the innovative integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications – all provided by Wise. During the program, you will develop practical projects that will be presented and evaluated, allowing you to apply your knowledge in practice.

At the end of this immersion, if you are one of the selected talents (our expectation is to hire 3 to 5 people during the month of October), the next step is to join our team as a Junior Developer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Boosting the development of software and Artificial Intelligence models.
• Innovating in the implementation of AI solutions, focusing on the integration and application of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborating on technical initiatives for the development of solutions across various areas of Wise.
