We are offering 20 positions for people who want to learn, grow, and get their hands dirty. During the program, you will have access to high-quality theoretical content through a learning platform, as well as participate in tutoring sessions with our professionals, who will be by your side to guide, answer questions, and help turn knowledge into practice.

Our goal? To prepare you to work at Wise and in the market as a whole, facing challenges that simulate real-life situations of a developer's day-to-day.

How does the program work?

The Trainee Program lasts 2 months. At the end, you will apply everything you have learned in the development of a project, which will be presented to Wise's managers. The theme is suggested, but you will have the freedom to explore creative solutions and use different technologies, as long as they meet the proposed challenge.

Based on your performance and the quality of the project, our managers will assess your readiness to join our development team. If you are identified as a potential talent but are not yet fully prepared, there is a possibility of working in other areas of the company until you are ready to take the next step in your career.

Selection process stages

• Registration: We will analyze your profile considering your resume, courses taken, prior knowledge in technology, international experience, and language fluency.
• Interview (HR and program instructor): We will assess your engagement, knowledge about Wise and the market, as well as your future responsibilities.
• Hands-on: At the end of the program, you will develop a project that could be your entry point into the Wise team.

Who can be a trainee?

It doesn't matter if you already have a degree, postgraduate degree, or technical course. What matters to us is your willingness to learn, prior knowledge, and desire to pursue a career in technology. Oh, and here at Wise, age is not a deciding factor!
