• Execute and plan test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
• Perform and complete tests according to deadlines, following processes, and using appropriate test management and automation tools.
• Understand the complexity of the client's business model and contribute by reporting bugs and errors to development teams, helping to resolve issues.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the client's process/product.

What you need to have for this role:

• Knowledge of the test pyramid;
• Knowledge of the testing and quality lifecycle;
• Ease in understanding business rules and software documentation for users;
• Ability to document and resolve errors;
• Practical knowledge of test management software;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
• Attention to detail;
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude;

What is a plus:

• Regression testing, practical knowledge of Software Test Management
• Knowledge in creating automated tests;
• Experience/knowledge in BDD.
• Test Cycles: Product, UAT, Integrated, and Regression.
• Task Management: Jira
• Databases: Relational.
• API Testing Tools: Swagger and Postman.
• Agile Methodology: Scrum

• Hybrid work, requiring attendance at the WISE office in Curitiba/PR 3 days a week.
• Compensation: To be discussed
• Service hours: 8 hours per day, approximately 168 hours/month, Monday to Friday.
