We are looking for a Mid-Level Functional Test Analyst (QA) to work on a project involving a new version of a system focused on oral health.
The focus of this role is to ensure delivery quality through functional testing, creation and execution of test cases, validation of business rules, bug logging, and support for the validation/homologation process.

Your mission, if you choose to accept the challenge:
- Create, organize, and execute test cases based on requirements, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and integration tests as needed by the project.
- Validate business flows, integrations, and impacts between system modules.
- Log bugs clearly, including evidence, reproduction steps, expected result, and actual result.
- Support the validation/homologation process with stakeholders, key users, or business areas.
- Interact with developers, analysts, and managers to clarify doubts, align scenarios, and track fixes.
- Participate in the development workflow in an agile environment, tracking demands, priorities, and necessary rituals.
What we expect from you:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing, primarily functional testing.
- Experience in creating, organizing, and executing test cases.
- Experience with complex systems featuring multiple flows, business rules, and integrations.
- Knowledge in requirements analysis and validation of business rules.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, users, developers, and other team members.
- Knowledge of demand management tools.
- Familiarity with development pipelines, versioning, and code control, such as Git.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Kanban.
- Organization to document evidence, bugs, scenarios, and test results.
- Analytical, collaborative profile with attention to systemic impacts.
- Must reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area.
Differentiators that count:
- Experience with systems in the healthcare sector.
- Experience with systems focused on oral health, insurance operators, clinics, customer service, billing, or care processes.
- Previous experience as a requirements analyst or support in gathering and validating business rules.
- Knowledge of Azure Boards, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Experience in support teams, projects, or digital products with a high volume of business rules.
Important to know:
Automated testing experience is not required. For this role, the main focus will be on functional testing, validation of business rules, and support for validation/homologation.

- Work model: Hybrid, with in-person meetings when necessary in Curitiba.

- Expected Hours: 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday (approximately 168 hours/month)
