What you will do:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act in a consultative manner, mapping our clients' needs, gathering requirements, and developing project specifications. You will be the bridge between business needs and the technological solution, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

• Map business processes and gather requirements.
• Develop specifications and perform system validation.
• Support clients in using the platform and provide training.
• Ensure the quality of implementation projects.

What we are looking for in you:

To excel in this role, it is essential to have 5 years of experience as an Analyst, along with solid knowledge in:

• Relational databases (SQL).
• Data modeling and UML.
• Requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Prompts.

Additionally, it is fundamental to have ease in working in a team, be dynamic, proactive, and responsible.

What is a differentiator:

• If you have previous experience as a developer, knowledge of agile methodologies, or in function point counting, this will be a great bonus!
