Activities

• Planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms);
• Structuring and managing sales funnels for e-commerce;
• Defining audiences, segmentation, and remarketing strategies;
• Configuration of pixels, events, and tracking tools;
• Continuous optimizations focused on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate increase;
• Execution of A/B tests (creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages);
• Integration with e-commerce platforms;
• Data analysis via measurement and BI tools;
• Creation of reports and dashboards with an analytical performance view;
• Conducting strategic meetings and presenting results;
• Support in other demands related to the performance area.

Requirements

• Practical experience with paid traffic management;
• Mastery of the main media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok);
• Strong data and performance orientation;
• Knowledge of metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion);
• Experience with pixel and event configuration.
