About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Strategist with an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. We seek someone capable of turning data and information into insights and practical decisions, anticipating opportunities, proposing solutions, and connecting different areas to maximize business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for digital launches and projects, considering objectives, target audience, and goals;
• Structure tasks, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines, monitoring execution and delivery quality;
• Analyze metrics, KPIs, and results to identify opportunities and areas for improvement;
• Review strategies and action plans based on results, proposing adjustments and new directions;
• Align strategy execution with traffic, content, design, sales, and customer support teams;
• Lead strategic meetings with clients, presenting plans, results, insights, and next steps.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy and digital marketing;
• Knowledge of metrics analysis and performance indicators;
• Analytical skills and business acumen;
• Knowledge of digital tools and channels, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM, and analytics platforms;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Organization, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.

Differentials

• Experience in an agency or managing multiple projects/clients;
• Knowledge of sales funnels, CRM, and marketing automation;
• Experience with growth and acquisition strategies;
• Knowledge of SEO, content, and paid media;
• Familiarity with BI tools and dashboards.
