Challenge summary

Ensure the successful implementation of AI agents from briefing to go-live. The professional will have a technical and advisory role, with direct communication with clients, project leadership, and co-responsibility in agent development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct immersions with clients to understand processes

• Educate clients on the use and potential of AI agents

• Propose the ideal solution and document detailed requirements

• Ensure alignment, access, and integrations before development

• Manage the entire cycle via internal methodology

• Monitor risks and maintain active communication with the client

• Lead validations and assisted operations

• Provide support and lead "War Rooms" when necessary

• Identify new opportunities within served clients

Mandatory requirements

Technical experience

• AI agent frameworks such as Crew.ai, LangGraph, Agno, or OpenAI Agents SDK

• Programming in Python with practical experience in integrations

• Use of LLMs with prompt engineering

• APIs and integration with corporate systems

• Tools such as Jira, Miro, Github, and Google Suite

Professional experience

• 5 years in automation or chatbots

• 3 years in technology consulting

• High-complexity projects and integration with ERP and CRM

• Experience in a high-autonomy environment
