Integration Analyst - SysMiddle (Remote)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Integration Analyst to join SysMiddle, a company with over 10 years in the market, specializing in system integration and partnering with major names in the Brazilian market.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient integrations through Connect Us (SysMiddle iPaaS). You will work in collaboration with internal teams and external clients to ensure that our solutions meet integration needs effectively and scalably.

💪 Activities:

• Design, develop, configure, and test integrations using the iPaaS platform (Connect Us - SysMiddle) and other related technologies.

• Perform integration requirements analysis and translate them into technical solutions.

• Identify and resolve integration issues related to performance, data conflicts, latency, or communication failures.

• Work on the development and maintenance of APIs, connectors, and integration flows.

• Ensure technical quality, security, and scalability of the delivered integrations.

• Keep technical documentation up to date regarding integrations, flows, and processes.

✅ What we are looking for:

• Professional profile that is highly communicative.

• Proven experience in developing system integration through iPaaS/ETL platforms (Connect Us - SysMiddle, Pentaho, Apache HOP, Mulesoft, ...).

• Experience in system integration API, WS, and databases;

• Knowledge of communication protocols, such as REST, SOAP, among others;

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms used in integrations (e.g., API Keys, Basic Auth, OAuth2, JWT).

• Experience with Postman;

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions;

• Problem-solving skills and ability to debug integration issues;

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions;

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

• Technical English for system and API documentation when necessary.

• Experience with data analysis and Power BI

• Experience with C# and .NET programming language;

• Experience with agile methodologies;

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability (centralized logs, metrics, alerts);

• Practice with automated integration testing.

• Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible).
