We are looking for a strong Mid-level or Senior DevOps / SRE professional with experience in AWS and Azure to support the build, migration, and evolution of our Cloud environments.
We are restructuring our infrastructure and migrating to new accounts and environments. The professional will participate in architecture decisions with the development team, helping define standards, best practices, tools, and solutions.
Important: we are not looking for someone just to operate an existing infrastructure. We need a professional capable of helping define and build the environment, with an architecture, DevOps, and SRE mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current infrastructure environment
- Participate in architecture decisions with the development team
- Build, evolve, and migrate Cloud environments (accounts, networks, and services)
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Define standards, best practices, tools, and solutions
- Manage IAM, access, permissions, and secrets
- Ensure monitoring, logs, and observability of environments
- Perform troubleshooting in production environments
- Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, proposing improvements in high availability, resilience, and scalability
Requirements
- Experience with AWS and Azure
- Experience with DevOps and SRE practices
- CI/CD
- Containers and Kubernetes
- Git and Linux
- Cloud networking: VPC/VNet, Subnets, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewall, and Security Groups/NSG
- IAM, access, permissions, and secrets
- Monitoring, logs, and observability
- Troubleshooting and working in production environments
- High availability, resilience, and scalability
- Experience creating, evolving, or migrating Cloud environments
Soft skills
- Autonomy to analyze the current environment and propose solutions and improvements
- Ability to recommend tools and technologies
- Architecture mindset to participate in technical decisions
- Proactivity to anticipate risks and bottlenecks
- Good communication and close collaboration with the development team
