Senior Ruby Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate handles complex requirements autonomously, works on system maintenance, and has mastery of databases and asynchronous processing with Sidekiq.

You will also explore the use of artificial intelligence in development workflows, helping to accelerate deliveries and improve the quality of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle complex technical requirements from end to end.
• Work on the maintenance, evolution, and stability of Ruby applications.
• Model, optimize, and maintain databases.
• Implement and monitor asynchronous jobs with Sidekiq.
• Apply artificial intelligence tools in development workflows.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Mastery of databases and data modeling.
• Practical experience with Sidekiq.
• Ability to receive complex requirements and deliver autonomously.
• Experience in maintaining production systems.
