The Challenge

We are looking for a .NET Developer passionate about innovation and technology to join our development team. We want someone who combines a solid foundation in architecture and the .NET ecosystem with the creative and technical ability to design, integrate, and scale GenAI-powered solutions (LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, and AI APIs).

You will help shape the digital future of our clients, creating intelligent products capable of automating complex workflows and redefining the user experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain APIs, microservices, and robust applications using .NET (C#).
• GenAI Integration: Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions, implementing patterns such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Large Language Model manipulation (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), and agent orchestration.
• Architecture and Quality: Ensure high performance, scalability, and security in microservices and messaging (rabbitMQ, Kafka), aligned with best practices in software engineering and testing.
• Continuous Innovation: Actively participate in conceiving new ideas and prototypes, turning AI concepts into scalable, high-value products for the market.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Solid prior experience in software development with .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, clean architecture/microservices).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI integration (consuming LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain/.NET equivalents, prompt engineering, and vectors/vector databases).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or AWS).
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a desire to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
