Business Internship

The business intern is the person responsible for supporting the development of new services to address pain points and technological demands in the financial market.

Additionally, they will support the process of creating partnerships with companies and startups to develop new businesses through interactions with the innovation ecosystem, suppliers, and market players.

What will be your activities:

• Support Product Owners (POs) in backlog organization, tracking demands, prioritizing features, gathering requirements, collecting user feedback, analyzing product usage data, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Participation in and monitoring of meetings related to the product development process (daily, planning, review, retrospective).
• Product documentation: contribute to manuals, presentations, reports, and support materials.

Requirement:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or Technology.

Differentials:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Skills in Negotiation and Contracting.
