Cloud Solutions Architect PL

RTM, the integration hub of the financial market, seeks to support its clients and partners in the architecture of multi-cloud solutions, across different technologies that underpin the Brazilian financial system.

We are looking for a person to join the Cloud Solutions team and actively participate, together with the business area, in client contact, helping them find the best components and architectures for their various services.

We expect a curious, self-taught person who seeks information and knowledge and shares it with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sale of existing solutions in the RTM Cloud portfolio, acting as a technical pre-sales representative together with the business team.
• Seek new software and solutions in the market to meet the needs presented by clients.
• Deliver solution presentations to clients and other RTM areas.
• Research, study, test, and demonstrate new software and solutions, with support from product and operations teams.
• Interact with the operations team to define the best architecture for new solutions.
• Transfer knowledge to operations, monitoring, and direct client support teams so they can implement new solutions or improve existing ones.

Essential requirements:

• Solid experience as a Solutions Architect
• Experience in multi-cloud projects: OpenStack, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Rancher.
• Knowledge of GNU/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in the architecture and configuration of infrastructure services, such as web servers, databases, message queueing, HSM, backup, and others.
• Knowledge of metrics collection and analysis for monitoring.
• Technical English for study and meetings with partners and suppliers.

Nice to have:

• CKA, RHCE, LPI, or similar certifications.
• Certifications in AWS, GCP, and Azure environment architecture.
