Tech Lead

About the role

Rede D'Or, a large-scale company in the healthcare sector and a national reference in innovation, technology, and operational excellence, is seeking a Tech Lead to technically lead a mobile development squad.

Key responsibilities

• Technically lead the squad, supporting the team's technical development and conducting one-on-one follow-ups;
• Work hands-on in development, building POCs, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting architectural decisions;
• Define architecture standards, modularization, and release strategies for the mobile ecosystem;
• Partner with the Product Owner on technical definitions, refinements, and prioritizations;
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, observability, stability, and scalability of applications;
• Foster a collaborative culture, promoting knowledge sharing and non-centralizing technical leadership.

Technical requirements

• Solid experience (+5 years) with React Native and mobile development;
• Prior experience leading development teams and mentoring mid-level and senior professionals;
• Strong hands-on profile, with experience in scalable application architecture;
• Advanced knowledge in mobile performance and optimization;
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Cognito, SQS/SNS);
• Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth/JWT, and databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and MongoDB;
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Expo EAS, Bitrise);
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, and Datadog.

Differentials

• Experience with mobile end-to-end test automation (Appium, Playwright, Detox, or similar);
• Knowledge of React, Next.js, or Flutter.
