We have an opportunity to work as a Junior Support Technician I for one of our clients in the e-commerce sector, located in the Governador Celso Ramos region - SC. The company has more than 10 units spread across the country and relies on the commitment of over 29,000 employees.

Job Description:

Performs routine and low-complexity tasks under direct supervision. Focus on learning the company's tools and processes.

Basic Support, Virtual and On-site: Direct assistance to users regarding operational questions and support regarding equipment availability (PCs, printers, handhelds).

Peripheral Maintenance: Cleaning and removing labels from printers, organizing workstations and equipment (batteries, handhelds).

Ticket Management: Opening tickets for identified issues and using tools like Jira (as a plus) for logging.

Hardware and Software Maintenance: Basic knowledge for adjusting 3D scanners and familiarity with the Windows operating system.

Best Practices: Implementation and practice of 5S actions for organization and standardization of the workplace.

Inventory: Basic knowledge of inventory management.

Requirements:

- Essential availability to work in shifts.

- Full availability of schedule.

- Good knowledge of the Office suite.

- Profile with excellent communication, resilience, and patience to deal with users of different levels of technical knowledge.

Desirable:

- Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for commuting to work.

- Currently pursuing or completed higher education, or completed technical high school in computer formatting, IT courses. - Knowledge in hardware (computers, Zebra 411 laser printer, thermal printer, handheld), Windows operating system, and Google Workspace tools.

- Notions of networking, infrastructure, and information security.

- Knowledge in MDM, Jira, and 3D scanner adjustment.

Expected behavioral profile: Person aligned with the company's DNA, who is communicative, resilient, patient when dealing with people, and able to explain and guide users who are often non-technical.
