Support Technician - Temporary - Santa Rosa, RS

We are looking for a profile focused on IT technical support (Field Support), with a focus on resolving user issues and maintaining hardware and software in an on-site environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to local users.
• Act in the diagnosis and resolution of Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) issues.
• Provide support in the use of the Office Package and corporate tools.

Allocation Details:

Location: Will work on-site 2x per week in the Center, Santa Rosa/RS and 3x per week in the locality of Nossa Senhora do Carmo

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Contract: CNPJ, must have a company open for more than 6 months

Salary: R$ 23/hr

What we are looking for:

• Practical knowledge in Hardware (HW) and Software (SW).
• Experience with user support (technical support).
• Mastery of the Office Package.
• Availability for 100% on-site work
