Technology Internship (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital)

We are hiring a Technology Intern to work cross-functionally within our corporate and operational teams across three main areas: IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Digital (Data and Automation).

📌 What you'll do day-to-day:

• Support routine demands in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• Assist the Digital team in developing and maintaining dashboards, automations, and scripts (Power BI, Power Automate, and Python).
• Interact with users and teams from different companies within the group, adapting to various routines and local cultures.
• Actively participate in corporate projects with direct interface with teams across Latin America.
• Provide support to both the corporate team and the local operation in Guarulhos.

🛠️ Tech Stack and Tools:

• What you'll use/learn: Microsoft 365 Suite, Cloud Computing (Azure and Cloud concepts), Power BI, Power Automate, and Python (focused on automations and APIs).
• Guaranteed Training: No need to master everything upfront! For Cybersecurity tools (Cisco, Rapid7, Darktrace, SIEM), the company will provide all necessary training.

🎯 What we're looking for in you:

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a Higher Education program in Technology fields (Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, etc.).
• Experience: No prior experience required! We seek a thirst for learning and proactivity.
• Soft Skills: High adaptability, good communication skills, and willingness to step out of your comfort zone (including brushing up on "Portuñol" with LATAM teams).
• Differentials: Prior exposure (even initial or academic) to Service Desk, support, infrastructure, or Python development, plus knowledge of Spanish.
