Software Platform Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Contract under CLT (Indefinite term - via Randstad)

Work model: 100% remote

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Requirements:

Work experience in IT or post-sales/support department

Experience in Software Operations and Maintenance (O&M) on Linux Operating System

Experience in Information Security, Familiarity with Relevant Security Products: AWS Security Hub, AWS WAF, Amazon GuardDuty, Cortex XDR, etc. (At least some knowledge)

Experience with monitoring, incident response, postmortems, change/incident management, and other aspects of executing reliable maintenance/support on AWS or similar platforms
